COMMIT seeks to provide high touch transition support that becomes the standard nationwide so veterans in all communities can access services helping them identify their passions, build strong networks, and leverage their skills in civilian careers.
Service Location(s)
Programs & Services
– One-on-one professional mentoring from a coach to help Veterans in need through the transition process and into their next career and/or educational venture (offered through the 1:1 Assistance program)
– Online platform providing over an hour of introductory material on the transition process, as well as a virtual goal tracker for the user (offered through Pursue Your Purpose)
– Short (two hours or less, typically) group mentoring workshops designed for those just entering the transition process and looking to connect with others (offered through Transition Mentoring Workshops)
– Professional coaching for organizations and businesses looking to hire Veterans/adjust the workplace to be more Veteran-friendly (offered through the Corporate Programs)
