– Warrior Fitness Program: In 2017, the Navy SEAL Foundation (NSF) created the Warrior Fitness Program (WFP) to provide a holistic, evidence-based recalibration for Naval Special Warfare (NSW) personnel. Our goal is to optimize human performance for these warriors wherever they find themselves – on the battlefield, transitioning to civilian life, or retired from service.
