Centerstone Military Services are devoted to ensuring active duty service members, veterans, and their loved ones have the resources and support they need to lead healthy lives. We understand the unique challenges service members and veterans face, and desire to see them succeed in life both inside and outside the military. We provide in-person and telehealth counseling, therapeutic retreats, online support groups, classes, and workshops essential to battling the effects of post-traumatic stress and other issues faced by this community.

Centerstone’s Military Services are available nationally through our professional network of telehealth providers, as well as in Centerstone clinics. Our services can help with a wide-variety of mental health concerns and include:
– Counseling
– Therapeutic retreats
– Couples and family counseling
– Housing assistance
– Employment counseling
– Online support groups, classes and workshops
Funding/Cost
Centerstone participates in most Federal, State, and private health insurance programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE. However, Centerstone services may not be accepted for payment by some health insurance programs depending on their coverage limits and exclusions. Centerstone does not guarantee that services received by a client will be covered by a Federal, State, or private health insurance program. Therefore, we encourage patients to verify their health insurance program coverage prior to receiving services from Centerstone.
